ELECTION RESULTS:
The track has 213 members. 79 members voted. 76 voted "yes" for the existing board and new manager. 3 voted "no". Your 2012 board of directors will be the same as the 2011 board. Your new track manager will be Bryan Carmack.

AWARDS BANQUET:

We were unable to secure a Saturday date for the banquet this year. It will be held on a Friday evening instead. HOLD THE DATE: Friday, October 14th.  The cost is $18 per person or  $35 per couple. Kids under 10 are $9.  PLEASE REMEMBER THAT IF YOU RESERVE A PLACE WE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR YOUR MEAL EVEN IF YOU DON’T SHOW UP! 

Social Hour / Cash Bar: 6-7pm

Dinner / Dessert: 7-8pm

Awards: 9pm
